Beautiful skin is the desire of every woman.Every attire is to be taken care of and this is also true with beautiful skin.In summer season special care is needed to keep the skin beautiful and refreshing.Rays of sun in summer takes off the moisture from the skin which can cause acne and wrinkles.In summer secretion of sweat and oil increases.The skin loses its glow and looks greasy and dull.



1. SUNSCREEN

   Choose the right sunscreen lotion.
    Remember what that SPF number means: it tells you how long you can stay in the sun without getting burned.An SPF of 15 means that you can be in the sun for 15 times longer without burning than you are be able to without sunscreen.For longer hours,a higher SPF may be appropriate.But,slapping on a SPF 60 once in the morning doesn't mean you are protected for rest of the day.
Good SPF isn't the only thing you need to look for you need to make sure that your sunscreen of choice offers broad spectrum protection.This means it's going to protect you from both UVB and UVA rays.

2. HYDRATING
   
 Hydrating is must for getting a beautiful skin in summer .It is also a must for you health too.Drink a lots and lots of water(10 glasses per day) and refresh juices in summer.In summer water is evaporated from the body and also due to sweat water leaves your body very quickly.In order to retain moisture to your skin in taking lots of water is very essential.

3. SKIN CARE

Try non-comedogenic products.This is important to remember for sunscreen too,but may impact you more if you moisturize often and prone to acne.Non-comedogenic beauty products are designed not to clog pores which can lead to irritation and blemishes.This is especially important in summer:hot and humid weather leads to sweat,which takes a longer time to evaporate off your skin,and combining that with oily products isn't exactly a party for your pores.Go the oil-free route to ward off pimples.
Don't shave you bikini line right before the beach.This skin is some of the more sensitive and more prone to irritation,so shaving or waxing off layer of dead skin cells and then exposing it to harsh sunlight.

4. MOISTURIZING

In summer your skin needs to moisturized very often.Hot sun ray takes away the moisture from your skin.You can use a water based and Vitamin-E moisturizer for getting a beautiful skin in summer.
Aloe act as a best moisturizing agent. It is a known anti-inflammatory that also provides moisturizing relief,applying aloe-vera containing products after exposure to the sun will calm and soothe your skin. It also containing antioxidant that can help repair damaged skin and prevent free radicals from doing their undesirable work.
Vaseline makes a body lotion infused with aloe that rehydrates and calms your skin,helping to undo past damage as it prevent future issues.

5. CLEANSING

The very important tip for beautiful skin in summer is cleansing.Cleansing is of utmost important for your skin in summer. Wash your face with water several time a day.It removes the sweat and dirt from the skin.After that you should use cleansing milk or lotion for cleaning oily skin. For normal to dry skin one needs cleansing cream or gel.For acne prone skin medicated cleanser must be used.

6.EXFOLIATING

The next tip for beautiful skin in summer is to exfoliate the skin 2-3 times a week.If you are over exposed to skin,you should exfoliate you body very often in summer.It removes the dead skin from your body.You can use scrubs available in the market or can make your own face scrub at home.Face scrub using oatmeal are very effective.

7. TONING

Toning is very necessary for your skin after scrubbing especially in summer.In summer you can use a flower based skin toning( rose,lavender etc).You can also use rose water as the skin toner to refresh the normal to dry skin.For oily skin you should use an astringent toner.You can mix astringent toner with rose water and refrigerate it.Use this toner several times a day for getting beautiful skin in summer.
 
8. MAKE UP

In summer go for mineral makeup .It lasts long in sweating conditions.Also use lighter tones in summer.
Change your shades,because seriously,who wants to look like you are wearing a too-pale foundation mask it's annoying but true:as your skin gets that pretty,sun kissed glow,you may need a different shade of foundation and concealer to accommodate changes between your winter and summer coloring.

Cream eye shadow will change your eye.Cream shadow often are often more water resistant and long wearing than their powdery one,making them ideal for summertime.

Don't forget a primer.The oils of your skin are known to separate the pigments in foundation,making it look uneven and blotchy.Primer creates a shield and prevents foundation and your skin's natural oil from mingling.

Parched lips are a cold weather and a warm weather issue.The dry air can cause your lips to shrivel and even get sunburnt,leaving nasty cracks all over your mouth.Keep your lips hydrated with solid lip balm. Apply lip balm several times a day to avoid further chapped,drying effects.

9. HEALTHY DIET

Try taking a lots of fruits and vegetables in summer. As skin is the mirror of your health,what you eat shows on your skin.Also try eating diet rich in calcium as calcium can be lost in sweating.Also take diet rich in vitamin E  for great skin.In summer season spicy and oily foods must be avoided.

10.HAIR

Get beachy. Utilize the texturizing effect of salt by taking dip in the ocean and letting your hair air dry for those perfectly beachy waves that scream summertime. If the sea is no where surf with oil infused salt spray( we're partial to bumble surf infusion) that won't dry hair out.

Clarify! Indulge in a clarifying shampoo and a UV ray protectant styling spray.Not only blondes have to worry about chlorine,salt,and sun going to town on hair color.This product helps to removing your hair color and cleansing your hair.

Keep it wet. Before going into the ocean or the pool,wet your hair.This saturates the cuticle with water so that less chemicals can enter and damage the integrity of the hair.


HOMEMADE FACE PACK FOR SUMMER

1. MINT FACE PACK
 
 One of the best ways to soothe your skin and keep it cool is using this pack.just grind some mint leaves and add a pinch of turmeric powder in it. Add this paste in some lukewarm water and your pack is ready to use! Apply it on your face and wash it off in 15 min and notice the change!

2. LEMON FACE PACK

Add one tbs lemon juice and one tbs honey in one egg white and mix well.Apply it on your face for 20 min and rinse with normal water.You will be happy  seeing your skin glow more than it normally does!
