Parts Required:-

1. HCO5 BLUETOOTH MODULE


2.  4 * 100RPM DC MOTOR
3.LM298 MOTOR DRIVER
4.ARDUINO UNO
5.WHEELS
6.12V POWER SUPPLY
7.CHESIS,TOOLS ETC..

SCHEMATIC:-

 

PROCEDURE:-

  1. Check the wiring of the components one by one before fitting it to the car chassis. Otherwise it will be difficult to find the faulty parts.
  2. Parallelly connect two motors and repeat this steps for another pair of motor.
  3. Place the first pair of motor to the one end i.e left side of the car chassis.
  4. Again place another pair of the motor to the another end of the car chassis i.e to the right side.
  5. After connecting these four motors test them by fitting wheels to the motors and then connect them to the battery.
  6. Place a 12v battery on the top of the car chassis and fix it with glue gun to avoid slipping of battery.
  7. Fix the motor driver i.e LM298N with the help of glue to the car chassis.
  8. Then connect the wire from the left side motor pair to the motor input(1,2) of the motor driver LM298N.
  9. Again connect another wire from the right side of the motor pair to the motor input(3,4) of the motor driver LM298N.
  10. Then connect the positive wire of the power supply to the 12v input of the LM298 motor driver.
  11. Then connect the ground of the 12v power supply to the ground of the LM298N motor driver.
  12. Connect pin(6,7,8,9) of Arduino UNO to the input data pin(1,2,3,4) of motor drive LM298N.
  13. Then connect RX pin of HC05 Bluetooth module to the TX pin of the Arduino UNO.
  14. Connect TX pin of the HC05 Bluetooth module to RX pin of the Arduino UNO.
  15. Connect 3.3 volt output of Arduino UNO to the VCC pin of the HC05 Bluetooth module.
  16. Then connect the ground of the Arduino UNO to the ground of the HC05 Bluetooth module.
  17. Connect Vin of Arduino UNO to 5v output of LM298N motor driver.
  18. Now, connect ground pin of Arduino UNO to ground pin of motor driver LM298N.
  19. Now go to Google playstore in android mobile and download Arduino Bluetooth RC car and install it.
  20. Now provide 12v power supply to the RC car then you'll find the blinking of red light in HC05 Bluetooth module which means that will bluetooth is now discoverable to any android device.
  21. Open the app previously installed in your device and click the connect button and after that you'll find one option there to connect it to your device named as HC05 followed "xyz...".
  22. Then Click on that option to pair it with your Bluetooth device.
  23. Now load the following code given below to the Arduino UNO ....
